Minimum Age: 16
years (with written release from parent) Season: Mid-April through Early July, providing there is enough
water. Best time to go is May through June. Cispus Overnighter Hotels/Motels There are three
U.S. Forest Service campgrounds along the Cispus river. They are of
the first come first serve variety so an early start is recommended
to get a camp spot. Adams Fork Campground is about 5 miles upstream
of our put-in, while North Fork and Blue Lake Creek campgrounds are
close to the river. Directions to
the Meeting Point: From the Seattle area drive south on Interstate
5 through Tacoma, Olympia and Chehalis. Just south of Chehalis take
Exit #68, State Highway 12 eastbound to the town of Randle. In Randle
we meet at the Mt. St. Helen's & Mount Adams restaurant parking
lot. Driving time from Seattle is about 2 &1/2 hours to 3 hours. Alpine Adventures'
operates under a special-use permit from
